Cant transfer bot time??

i cant transfer my bot time fromone acct to the other. the one where it has the time is working fine but when i transfer the time i get some jibberish words i cant understand

nid to transfer the time because i need to bot my acct

bot acct uid - earlyseven

i did the same exact steps as wht is stated in there ive been transferring bot time for quite a while now so theres no problem with what im doing

can you transfer the bot time for me?

it has been 12hrs now and same problem. I thought it will just take 5-6 hrs for the programmer to solve this???
