How did my pet died????

what the hell??????? my pet died while i was gone. this isn't suppose to happen right? even if i ran out of pet food, the pet will be automatically release. but thats not even the case at all... i still got 18 pet food.. and my tiger is dead!!!! grrrrrrr... and pet revive scroll is almost the same price as 1 bot card
