BOT doesnt feed per with special pet food

i just want to ask if the bot doesnt feed the pet with special pet food because one time when i check the bot my pet is hungry but it doesnt feed. i have only special pet food in my inventory.
please help me

Please try to throw that food to the ground first then pick it up and see if the bot will feed it next time.

special pet food cannot be thrown in the ground..

Where did you buy it please? If you bought it from IM ,please relogin bot and game and then bot will use it. Moreover, if you have normal pet food from game in bag, bot will use it as first priority, then IM's .
