Phantom Crow wont buff and bag bug

Phantom Crow wont buff and bag bug, there are slots on bag that i cant use. Pls see what you can do about that, and Phantom Crow wont buff. I have lvl 7 Phantom Crow, I used the ases from the item mall... it wont buff anymore.

May I know your character' s class? Are your slots bought from IM. Please tell us more details , thanks.

Im a Dhan Avenger. Bags are 24 slot monster drops, not from IM.
