Default No refund? Can I? Please?

I'm not sure if there is a possibility of a refund coz i actually ddnt read ur rules about it.

So can I just at least get half of what I paid for the bot since its not working anymore? And i dont really know if its going to work still.. I wanna quit the game anyway.

just asking nicely...

there will be a refund policy if we decide to quit the bot as we always did, but before that please wait patiently. for the bot update, i do believe we will make it ,some of the core members of the programming team are on vacation, now we are waitting them to come back. but sorry ,i don't have a estimate time for this.

the programming team?? you mean they are the responsbile on making the bot? if i am right then why you didnt tell us earlier.. then we areright that theyr having vacation instead of working on the bot...

common guys... cant you wait? i know all of us here are upset, even i'm upset.. but we cant take it out on BOTSMALL.. they are just resellers.. if the programmers are not done or they're out for their vacation its also their privilege to do so, they also have their own PERSONAL LIFE... if you need someone to blame, blame yourselves that you are depending so much on the program... REFUND? if they give us a refund TODAY, are you sure you will not be purchasing the same thing when the program will be up and running again? so stop cursing, swearing, and all the things that you do just to make yourself better.. IT WONT HELP AT ALL UNTIL THE PROGRAMMERS GET BACK FROM THEIR VACATIONS...

wait a sec. if your programers are having thier vacation why there is still other new bot that the botsmall release just this past few days, for ex."runes of magic bot" why is that the programers able to make the bot program of "runes" but for our rohan ph bot there are still no progress.sir i think your excuse doesn't match to your own bot released records...please explain ti to us the whole detail.we can read as long as the whole story goes

they have different developing team or programmers in every game.. thats why other games are updated than us rohanph.. and i think theyr bot are not that hard to update thats why they can release updates faster... i hope when all the developing team in rohanph are all together they can fix the bot soon..

Yes the programming team of that bot software that is owned by someone other than BotsMall. BotsMall does not employ programmers. We are just like your local store that carries many products made by different companies.

The complaining to us is like complaining to your local store that your favorite product was changed. They have no control over it and cannot do anything about it. Just like BotsMall has no control over the programmers or the owners of the software. We have to sit back and wait just like you.

Sorry if you not reading the Terms of Service / Purchase, I guess you can learn from your mistake. If you read a little further down it also says in there "We are not responsible for your mistakes"

This bot software will work once again, after all everyone has the right to take time off once a year to see their family.

Just because you are quiting the game is no excuse to ask for refund. That is like eating a piece of fruit half way and then taking it back and saying can I get a refund.

We do not issue refunds for any reason UNLESS a bot software gets cancelled. Once it gets cancelled we will post in our forums / news section of our website and you will have 72 hours to contact us (in most cases) If you fail to contact us within those 72 hours there will be no refund.
