I'm here in botsmall rohan bot. I've loaded my rohan bot during the bot is down. Is the load is still consume during if you're not using it?

If you charged it by credits it will stop consuming credits if you don't use it, but if you have transfered it into monthly usage, it will be end until 30days.

don't you think that is unfair? you also sold me bot during the time bot was already down.. 2 weeks or more have passed and i never used it since bot was down and that means that my Php600 pesos was consumed without me using it? i think its just fair for us to still get 30days of bot when bot becomes available, if not better yet just give us a refund..

As stated before and also in our terms of service that you agreed to

no refunds can or will be given UNLESS the owner / programmers give up on the software. Once they give up we will post and you can submit refund requests then.

Sorry but no one has given up on trying to produce the software.

As far as you claim of being dishonest, we have always given refunds to everyone that should receive them when a software is no longer developed. Also you say we are dishonest but we are not the ones cheating at a video game. We merely resell software access codes.
